What I hope to achieve.

I have always been interesting in Phycology, what makes us tick and why we react in certain ways. I read a load of self help books during my time to try and fulfil my full potential. On the way I learnt a lot, met a lot of people that I could apply my learning to and finding the answers to many issues friends and family face.

One thing I have come across a lot is the midlife crisis that both men and women go through, but mostly men. In the UK the highest rate of suicide is seen in men between 45-49. Find more statistics on this from the Samaritans website. I hope that if you are in this category, then my blog helps you. I will cover many topics of conversation throughout this blog that will target the problem areas.

As well as my advice in this blog, I really really recommend you to read as much as you can on self-help and always try to be the best person you can. On top of this, I would also recommend getting a counselor or life coach if you can afford those. I was fortunate enough to have a really good life coach based in Norwich who you can look up if you fancy some online courses. In this day and age, online courses are the way to go with social distancing.
